1. 1. The service. agentstudios.si provides reusable material and the available search, retrieval and connected-tool functions described on this site. Feature descriptions and setup instructions identify what is available and where the work runs. You choose your tools, model access and connections, review their results and authorize their actions. Reading or downloading material does not grant permission to run code, access local files or spend money.
2. 2. Availability. The service can change or be interrupted, and stored usage records can be lost. Do not rely on it for work that cannot tolerate that.
3. 3. Your account. Keep your password and access keys private. You are responsible for use of your keys until you revoke them. Revoke a key that may have been exposed. An account or key for this service does not grant access to another product, or the reverse.
4. 4. Material. Each item names its licence. You may use an item under that licence. Read an item before you let a tool act on it. Material is provided as it is, without a promise that it fits your purpose. A check or example is limited to its stated version and scope; it is not a general promise of a successful result.
5. 5. Acceptable use. Do not try to read material that your account may not read, do not share keys outside your organization, and do not overload the service.
6. 6. Plans, prices and billing. The price, currency, billing period and applicable taxes for your chosen plan are shown before you subscribe. Paid subscriptions renew at the agreed billing interval unless cancelled. agentstudios.si may introduce or change plans and prices for future purchases and renewals. A price change does not change a billing period you have already paid for. Before changing the price of an existing subscription, we will give advance notice of the new price, its effective date and how to cancel, and obtain any consent required by law. You can cancel from your account page before a change to your subscription takes effect and keep access until the end of the paid period. Free or promotional access does not become a paid subscription automatically; paid enrollment requires your explicit opt-in. Changing these terms does not by itself change your subscription price.
7. 7. Ending. You can stop using the service at any time. agentstudios.si can suspend an account that breaks these terms.
8. 8. Liability. To the extent the law allows, agentstudios.si's liability is limited to the amount you paid in the three months before the claim.
9. 9. Changes. These terms and the service can change. We will explain material changes and their effective date before they apply, and obtain any consent required by law. A revision does not retroactively expand permission to use data collected under earlier promises, override an item's licence or remove applicable customer rights. The date of the last meaningful change is shown with the affected text. Formatting and implementation-only updates do not by themselves change your agreement.
